Per la distillazione ci affidiamo ad un professionista del settore. L’azienda si chiama Mosaico Spirits e si trova nel bolognese, attiva nella distillazione gin da oltre 15 anni.

Il perché di questa scelta risiede nella professionalità ed esperienza del Gin Maker, nella varietà delle botaniche a disposizione e nell’estrema qualità delle materie prime impiegate.

Ci dai dei consigli su come gustare il Tuo gin, quali toniche abbinare e che cibo si accompagna?

Nel Gin Tonic lo consigliamo abbinato ad una Fever Tree Mediterranean o una Baladin Tonica al Fieno, servito in un High Ball glass ghiacciato e accompagnato da una peel di limone o una fetta di pompelmo rosa.

Nel Negroni lo preferiamo con un vermouth gentile e rotondo.

Anche da solo, con ghiaccio ed una peel di limone.

Abbinamenti cibo: a tutto tondo con l’aperitivo salato, piccoli fritti e crudi di pesce.

Do you have experience in the sector or is it your first distillate?

It is our first distillate.

Do you have your own distillery or do you rely on an external one, can you tell us which one if so?

For distillation we rely on a professional in the sector. The company is called Mosaico Spirits and is located in the Bologna area, active in gin distillation for over 15 years.

The reason for this choice lies in the professionalism and experience of the Gin Maker, in the variety of botanicals available and in the extreme quality of the raw materials used.

Can you give us some advice on how to enjoy your gin, which tonics to pair and what food goes with it?

In the Gin Tonic we recommend it paired with a Fever Tree Mediterranean or a Baladin Hay Tonic, served in a chilled High Ball glass and accompanied by a lemon peel or a slice of pink grapefruit.

In the Negroni we prefer it with a gentle and round vermouth.

Even on its own, with ice and a lemon peel.

Food pairings: all-round with a savory aperitif, small fried and raw fish.
