Ciao Costantino cosa ti ha spinto a creare questo gin? Quando nasce? e’ il tuo primo prodotto?

Ciao Gabriele il Gincosta nasce nel 2021 momento in cui sono venuto a conoscenza che un’azienda dava la possibilità di realizzare una bottiglia, la mia passione per il Gin mi ha spinto a provare a creare il mio primo gin.

Il gin lo produci direttamente o ti affidi a distillerie esterne?

Mi affido a una distilleria esterna.

Ci dai dei consigli su come gustarlo, quale tonica abbinare, cibo?

Personalmente lo preferisco con una tonica amarognola, ma ho avuto prove di grande versatilità anche con altri tipi di tonica.

Per quanto riguarda il cibo, ho trovato ottimi abbinamenti con tartare di carne e piatti di pesce.

Hai anticipazioni su nuovi gin/prodotti?

In cantiere c’è un idea x un nuovo Gin con nuovo Gusto.

Qualcosa in esclusiva per Gin EcologY?

Sto’ valutando l’idea di partecipare a Gin Awards a Settembre.

Hi Costantino, what prompted you to create this gin? When born? is this your first product?

Hi Gabriele, Gincosta was born in 2021 when I learned that a company was giving the possibility to make a bottle, my passion for Gin prompted me to try and create my first gin.

Do you produce the gin directly or do you rely on external distilleries?

I rely on an external distillery.

Can you give us some advice on how to taste it, which tonic to combine, food?

Personally, I prefer it with a bitter tonic, but I’ve also had evidence of great versatility with other types of tonic.

As for the food, I found excellent combinations with meat tartare and fish dishes.

Do you have advances on new gins/products?

There is an idea in the pipeline for a new Gin with a new taste.

Something exclusive to Gin EcologY?

I am considering the idea of participating in Gin Awards in September.

Do you have places to recommend well stocked with gin labels?
