Un gin ricco di sentori, assaggiato liscio rilascia subito il sapore intenso della resina dei pini e della menta unite alle altre botaniche che richiamano il sottobosco, un gin fresco che ci parla del suo territorio dominato dal Monte Grappa.

A gin rich in aromas, tasted neat it immediately releases the intense flavor of pine resin and mint combined with other botanicals that recall the undergrowth, a fresh gin that speaks to us of its territory dominated by Monte Grappa.

Quale acqua tonica usare? / wich tonic water?

Abbiamo provato questo gin con varie toniche e quella che ha permesso di bilanciar meglio le varie botaniche presenti all’interno del gin è la Imperdibile Premium Tonic, in quanto riesce a combinare bene sia a livello olfattivo che di gusto la nota balsamica resinosa delle gemme di pino e della menta, con la nota floreale erbacea dell’alloro, biancospino e tiglio che fanno da legante con le note aspre e fruttate della mela selvatica e del lichene.

Consigliamo anche una tonica neutra come l’ Acqua Brillante per chi preferisce sentire di più al palato le note fruttate e floreali della mela selvatica e del biancospino, con le note balsamiche delle gemme di pino e della menta che si sentono solo nel retrogusto finale.

We tried this gin with various tonics, and the one that best balanced the various botanicals in the gin was Imperdibile Premium Tonic. It successfully blends, both on the nose and in the mouth, the resinous balsamic notes of pine buds and mint with the herbaceous floral notes of laurel, hawthorn, and lime, which act as a binder with the tart, fruity notes of wild apple and lichen.

We also recommend a neutral tonic like Acqua Brillante for those who prefer to experience the fruity and floral notes of wild apple and hawthorn more on the palate, with the balsamic notes of pine buds and mint only being noticeable in the aftertaste.

COSA CI PIACE E COSA NO / WHAT WE LIKE AND WHAT WE DON’T

Ci piace molto la bottiglia, tutta nera con le scritte in color verde fosforescente.
Ci piace il profumo che rilascia appena aperta la bottiglia, in quanto al naso arrivano subito profumi delle botaniche balsamiche come le gemme di pino, la menta con un finale fruttato della mela selvatica.

Ci piace bevuto liscio in quanto al palato arriva subito le note floreali del biancospino e tiglio che accompagnano molto bene le note balsamiche del pino gemme con un retrogusto finale fruttato della mela selvatica e del tarassaco.

We really like the bottle, all black with fluorescent green lettering.
We love the aroma it releases as soon as the bottle is opened, as the nose immediately detects balsamic botanicals like pine buds and mint, with a fruity finish of wild apple.

We like it neat, as the floral notes of hawthorn and lime blossom immediately arrive on the palate, perfectly complementing the balsamic notes of pine buds with a fruity finish of wild apple and dandelion.
