Abbiamo provato questo gin con varie toniche, quella che ha bilanciato meglio il gin tonic è la Verays con le note erbacee della camomilla e dell’ireos che rimangono sul palato bilanciando la nota dolce e speziata della cannella con le note agrumate date dal limone e dall’arancia e del ginepro.

COSA CI PIACE E COSA NO / WHAT WE LIKE AND WHAT WE DON’T

Ci piace la semplicità della bottiglia con un’etichetta verde mare con indicate le varie botaniche che compongono il gin.

Ci piace lil profumo che rilascia appena aperta la bottiglia, al naso arriva subito la nota agrumata data dal limone e dall’arancia, seguita dalla nota dolce e speziata della cannella con un finale floreale dato dall’ireos e dalla camomilla.

Ci piace bevuto liscio, in quanto al palato arriva la nota floreale dell’ireos e della camomilla che ricoprono il palato e che bilanciano le note agrumate dell’arancia e del limone con quelle speziate e dolci della cannella.
