Corricella gin è un omaggio all’isola e alla nostra storia, è infatti a Procida che i Di Costanzo-Avallone, ormai tantissimi anni fa, aprirono le porte del primo laboratorio liquoristico di famiglia.

Marina di Corricella è la romantica cartolina dell’isola di Procida, qui le reti dei pescatori si mescolano con le architetture spontanee e colorate del borgo marinaro. Le scale incontrano gli archi, le cupole, le finestre, i gradini… in un disordine autentico ed originale.

Questa immagine, ormai nota in tutto il mondo, la ritroviamo riportata in etichetta, su una preziosa carta naturale, nell’opera autentica di FeBe.

La bottiglia elegante e colorata, impreziosita da dettagli come il tappo in legno e la carta naturale, racchiude un gin originale che nasce dall’unione di un London Dry Gin prodotto dalla più antica distilleria d’Inghilterra con il pregiato infuso di agrumi verdi procidani, ricetta storica di famiglia; il risultato è un gusto autentico, delicato e naturale.

Corricella gin is a tribute to the island and to our history, it is in fact in Procida that the Di Costanzo-Avallones, many years ago, opened the doors of the first family liqueur laboratory.

Marina di Corricella is the romantic postcard of the island of Procida, here the fishermen’s nets mix with the spontaneous and colorful architecture of the seaside village. The stairs meet the arches, the domes, the windows, the steps… in an authentic and original disorder.

This image, now known throughout the world, can be found on the label, on a precious natural paper, in FeBe’s authentic work.

The elegant and colorful bottle, embellished with details such as the wooden cap and natural paper, contains an original gin that comes from the union of a London Dry Gin produced by the oldest distillery in England with the prized infusion of green citrus fruits from Procida, historic family recipe; the result is an authentic, delicate and natural taste.

Quale acqua tonica usare? / wich tonic water?

Abbiamo provato questo gin con varie toniche, quella che ha bilanciato meglio il gin è la J. Gasco Indian Tonic, in quanto permette di assaporare un buon gin tonic ben bilanciato, al primo assaggio arriva al palato la nota agrumata seguita da quella balsamica del ginepro,

ben bilanciate con gli altri ingredienti presenti nel gin, il tutto rende questo gin tonic fresco e gradevole da bere in ogni momento, in particolar modo nel periodo estivo.

COSA CI PIACE E COSA NO / WHAT WE LIKE AND WHAT WE DON’T

Ci piace molto la bottiglia impreziosita dal tappo fatto in legno e con rappresentata sull’etichetta la zona marina di Corricella, con le classiche case sul mare.

Ci piace il profumo che rilascia appena aperta la bottiglia, al naso arrivano subito le note agrumate, intense, dovute all’infuso di agrumi verdi procidani.

Ci piace bevuto liscio in quanto al palato si possono assaporare le note agrumate del limone di Procida, dal suo sapore dolce e agre allo stesso tempo, seguito dalla nota balsamica del ginepro.

We really like the bottle embellished with a wooden cap and with the seaside area of Corricella represented on the label, with the classic houses by the sea.

We like the scent it releases as soon as the bottle is opened, the intense citrus notes immediately reach the nose, due to the infusion of green citrus fruits from Procida.

We like it drunk neat as on the palate you can savor the citrus notes of the Procida lemon, with its sweet and sour flavor at the same time, followed by the balsamic note of the juniper.
