Un gin fresco agrumato ma anche balsamico, perfetto per queste serate afose ma da gustarsi anche in periodi più freschi. Le botaniche presentano un mix di agrumi, erbe e spezie in grado di stuzzicare il palato e non fermarsi al primo sorso.

Abbiamo provato questo gin con varie toniche, quella che ha bilanciato meglio il gin è la Fever Tree Mediterranea in quanto permette di assaporare al palato tutte le varie botaniche presenti nel gin, con un inizio agrumato del pompelmo con le note erbacee del basilico e del rosmarino che bilanciano il tutto, con un finale speziato e balsamico dato dal pepe nero e dal ginepro.
Come accompagnamento per segnaliamo come tonica anche la San Pellegrino Rovere e la Verays che mettono in risalto le note erbacee del basilico e del rosmarino rispetto al pompelmo e al pepe nero.

We tried this gin with various tonics, the one that balanced the gin best is the Mediterranean Fever Tree as it allows you to savor all the various botanicals present in the gin on the palate, with a citrus start of the grapefruit with the herbaceous notes of basil and rosemary which balance everything, with a spicy and balsamic finish given by black pepper and juniper.
As an accompaniment, we also recommend the San Pellegrino Rovere and Verays as tonics which highlight the herbaceous notes of basil and rosemary compared to grapefruit and black pepper.

COSA CI PIACE E COSA NO / WHAT WE LIKE AND WHAT WE DON’T

Ci piace la semplicità della bottiglia, l’etichetta particolare con disegnati vari cerchi concentrici, modello opera d’arte.
Ci piace il profumo che rilascia appena aperta la bottiglia, al naso arriva subito la nota speziata del pepe seguito dall’agrumato del pompelmo con un finale leggermente erbaceo dato dal rosmarino.
Co piace bevuto liscio in quanto al palato arriva subito la nota speziata del pepe nero che permane sulla lingua e sul palato tanto da bilanciare le altre botaniche, dall’agrumato del pompelmo all’erbaceo del rosmarino e del basilico, il tutto creando un mix di sapori molto ben bilanciato e piacevole da bere liscio.

We like the scent it releases as soon as the bottle is opened, the spicy note of pepper immediately arrives on the nose followed by the citrus of grapefruit with a slightly herbaceous finish given by rosemary.
Co likes to be drunk neat as the spicy note of black pepper immediately arrives on the palate which remains on the tongue and palate enough to balance the other botanicals, from the citrus of the grapefruit to the herbaceous of rosemary and basil, all creating a mix of flavors very well balanced and pleasant to drink straight.
