Il Gin Celestial è fatto con acqua di mare e si sente! La sapidità al palato e il profumo appena aperto ti riportano subito s bordo mare, dopo un primo assaggio quasi titubante ci si lascia trasportare dalle sensazioni rilasciate dalle botaniche ben bilanciate tra agrumeto, dolce e speziato.

Le tre etichette che unite ne formano una unica ci riportano una illustrazione che rappresenta il mare, la risacca e la spiaggia, la spuma di mare è inoltre realizzata a rilievo conferendo unicità alla scelta stilistica di un bel progetto diventato realtà con questo Premium Gin complimenti.

Quale acqua tonica usare? / wich tonic water?

Abbiamo provato questo gin con varie toniche, quella che ha bilanciato meglio le botaniche è la Alpex Mediterranea, in quanto al riesce a bilanciare la sapidità dell’acqua del mediterraneo e l’agrumato del bergamotto e del limone con le note dolci della vaniglia e il sapore intenso del ginepro toscano, con un leggero retrogusto speziato del coriandolo.

La Alpex Mediterranea riesce a conferire un sapore molto bilanciato che permette di bersi un ottimo gin tonic rinfrescante senza che ci sia una botanica che risalti sulle altre.

We tried this gin with various tonics, the one that balanced the botanicals best is the Mediterranean Alpe, as it manages to balance the flavor of the Mediterranean water and the citrus of the bergamot and lemon with the sweet notes of the vanilla and the intense flavor of Tuscan juniper, with a light spicy aftertaste of coriander.

COSA CI PIACE E COSA NO / WHAT WE LIKE AND WHAT WE DON’T

Ci piace la bottiglia che presenta un’etichetta che al tatto permette di sentire delle rigature fatte ad onda.

Ci piace il profumo che rilascia appena aperta la bottiglia, si sente subito una nota speziata data dal coriandolo e la sapidità data dall’acqua di mare.

Ci piace bevuto liscio in quanto nonostante abbia come botaniche il limone e il bergamotto le note agrumate non sono primarie in quanto ben bilanciate dalla nota dolce della vaniglia e dalla nota speziata del coriandolo, il tutto rende questo gin molto ben bilanciato nei sapori.

We like the bottle that has a label that allows you to feel the wave-like lines when touched.

We like the scent it releases as soon as the bottle is opened, you immediately notice a spicy note given by the coriander and the flavor given by the sea water.

We like it drunk straight because despite having lemon and bergamot as botanicals, the citrus notes are not primary as they are well balanced by the sweet note of vanilla and the spicy note of coriander, all of which makes this gin very well balanced in flavours.
