Nelle Canarie l’utilizzo delle erbe aromatiche fa parte delle tradizioni della popolazione, che conosce perfettamente le proprietà benefiche di tali erbe e le utilizza nella quotidianità per risolvere vari problemi di salute.

In questo distillato sono presenti due delle erbe aromatiche più tipiche di tutte le isole: la Salvia Blanca e il Poleo. L’impatto è immediato, come anche la sua tipicità che lo riconduce alle loro filosofie.

Trasparente limpido, all’olfatto si impone con una balsamicità intensa, pulita e molto piacevole. Al gusto mantiene la promessa di un carattere schietto e deciso.

Quale acqua tonica usare? / wich tonic water?

Abbiamo provato questo gin con varie toniche, quella che ha permesso di assaporare bene le varie botaniche presenti nel gin è l’Acqua brillante, ha permesso di bilanciare le varie note balsamiche e fresche dell’eucalipto e del Poleo, con le note erbacee della salvia e del ginepro insieme alle varie botaniche officinali presenti nel gin.

Consigliamo di provare questo gin anche con altri tipi di toniche, perché si sposa bene con molte varietà di toniche dalla Fever tree Mediterranea alla Thomas Henry, rendendo il gin tonic molto fresco e dissetante da gustarsi in ogni periodo dell’anno.

We tried this gin with various tonics, the one that allowed us to taste the various botanicals present in the gin well is the Brilliant Water, it allowed us to balance the various balsamic and fresh notes of the eucalyptus and Poleo, with the herbaceous notes of the sage and juniper together with the various medicinal botanicals present in the gin.

We recommend trying this gin also with other types of tonics, because it goes well with many varieties of tonics from Mediterranean Fever Tree to Thomas Henry, making the gin and tonic very fresh and thirst-quenching to be enjoyed at any time of the year.

COSA CI PIACE E COSA NO / WHAT WE LIKE AND WHAT WE DON’T

Ci piace la bottiglia classica con un’etichetta dove è rappresentata una sirena che nuota verso l’alto nel mare delle Canarie.
Ci piace il profumo che rilascia appena aperta la bottiglia, al naso arrivano subito le note balsamiche dell’eucalipto e del Poleo, seguite dalle note erbacee della salvia e del ginepro.
Ci piace bevuto liscio in quanto al palato arrivano subito le note balsamiche dell’eucalipto e fresche del Poleo, seguite dalle note erbacee della salvia che bilancia le note balsamiche e fresche con le restanti botaniche officinali presenti nel gin.

We like the classic bottle with a label featuring a mermaid swimming upwards in the Canary Sea.
We like the scent it releases as soon as the bottle is opened, the balsamic notes of eucalyptus and Poleo immediately arrive on the nose, followed by the herbaceous notes of sage and juniper.
