Il GInesya London Dry Premium Gin è figlio di tredici differenti botaniche, un’unica provenienza delle stesse (Gran Canaria), di cui tre endemiche (Salvia Blanca, Hipérico e Poleo).

In miscelazione con il Ginepro Toscano, le botaniche danno il meglio di sé anche grazie alle sapienti mani del mastro distillatore.

Distillato con impianto in rame discontinuo a vapore indiretto, da 250 litri, metodo artigianale; infusione progressiva di 13 erbe officinali.

Questo prestigioso gin ha in sé l’essenza delle Isole Canarie. Trasparente come le acque dell’oceano e limpido come il cielo terso delle isole, all’olfatto sorprende per la sua intensità e per la complessità dei suoi profumi.

Per chi è stato alle Canarie, è come una passeggiata nella natura selvaggia di queste isole quando il vento caldo passa attraverso la vegetazione e ne porta con sé le note balsamiche.

Alla intensa e fresca balsamicità del ginepro si aggiungono in rapida successione note ora floreali ora erbacee, perfettamente equilibrate, che sembrano giocare con i nostri sensi.

The Ginesya London Dry Premium Gin is son of thirteen different botanicals, with a single origin (Gran Canaria), of which three are endemic (Salvia Blanca, Hipérico and Poleo).

Come l’altro prodotto di Ginesya Canary Islands anche questo London Dry ha tutte le caratteristiche per piacere quasi a tutti i palati, sa essere erbaceo ma dolce, balsamico ma equilibrato grazie alla ricetta delle sue 13 botaniche locali.

Like the other Ginesya Canary Islands product, this London Dry also has all the characteristics to please almost all palates, it can be herbaceous but sweet, balsamic but balanced thanks to the recipe of its 13 local botanicals.

Quale acqua tonica usare? / wich tonic water?

Abbiamo provato questo gin con varie toniche, quelle che hanno permesso di bilanciare meglio il gin tonic sono La Fever tree Mediterranea e la Vèrays.
La Fever Tree Mediterranea risalta di più le note agrodolci date dall’Hiperico con le note erbacee della salvia che bilanciano l’agrodolce dell’Hiperico con le varie note balsamiche del Poleo e dell’eucalipto e le restanti botaniche officinali.
La Vèrays invece risalta le note leggermente dolciastre delle botaniche officinali seguite dalle note balsamiche e floreali del gin tonic; entrambe le toniche comunque bilanciano molto bene le botaniche rendendo il gin tonic molto gradevole al palato.

We tried this gin with various tonics, the ones that allowed us to best balance the gin and tonic were La Fever tree Mediterranea and Vèrays.
The Mediterranean Fever Tree highlights more the sweet and sour notes given by the Hypericum with the herbaceous notes of the sage which balance the sweet and sour of the Hypericum with the various balsamic notes of the Poleo and the eucalyptus and the remaining medicinal botanicals.
Vèrays, on the other hand, highlights the slightly sweetish notes of the medicinal botanicals followed by the balsamic and floral notes of the gin and tonic; However, both tonics balance the botanicals very well, making the gin and tonic very pleasant on the palate.

COSA CI PIACE E COSA NO / WHAT WE LIKE AND WHAT WE DON’T

Ci piace la bottiglia classica con un’etichetta dove è rappresentata una ragazza in immersione nel mare delle Canarie.
Ci piace il profumo che rilascia appena aperta la bottiglia, al naso arriva subito la fragranza delle varie note erbacee e floreali di cui è composto questo gin, in particolar modo la nota balsamica del Poleo e dell’eucalipto, con un finale dolciastro dato dall’ Hiperico.
Ci piace bevuto liscio in quanto la palato arriva subito la nota erbacea della salvia, che ricopre la lingua bilanciando le varie botaniche presenti nel gin, in particolar modo alle note balsamiche dell’eucalipto e del Puleo e delle varie botaniche officinali presenti nel gin.
Consigliamo di bere questo gin anche liscio in quanto ha un sapore davvero piacevole e gradevole al palato, soprattutto dopo pasto.
