Aziende come la Myrsine producono liquori e distillati del territorio, mirto in primis, il gin è un must di questo periodo in Italia e non solo ed è normale inserire nella produzione anche questo prodotto del ginepro oltretutto sardo, indubbiamente uno dei migliori.

Il colore opaco del prodotto affascina e non delude grazie anche alle pochissime botaniche utilizzate saggiamente, l’esperienza dell’azienda emerge anche con questo ottimo Su Gin.

Quale acqua tonica usare? / wich tonic water?

Abbiamo provato questo gin con varie toniche, quella che ha permesso di bilanciare meglio il gin tonic è l’Acqua brillante, la quale permette di gustarsi in modo bilanciato le varie botaniche presenti in questo gin, con una nota iniziale amarognola ed erbacea data dall’elicriso seguito dalla freschezza e nota balsamica del ginepro sardo, il tutto rendendo questo gin tonic piacevole e fresco da bersi in qualsiasi periodo dell’anno.

We tried this gin with various tonics, the one that allowed us to best balance the gin and tonic is Brilliant Water, which allows us to enjoy the various botanicals present in this gin in a balanced way, with an initial bitter and herbaceous note given by the helichrysum followed by the freshness and balsamic note of Sardinian juniper, all making this gin and tonic pleasant and fresh to drink at any time of the year.

COSA CI PIACE E COSA NO / WHAT WE LIKE AND WHAT WE DON’T

Ci piace la semplicità della bottiglia, il colore del gin che risulta opaco visto contro luce.
Ci piace il profumo che rilascia appena aperta la bottiglia, al naso arriva subito la nota amarognola ed erbacea dell’elicriso, seguito dalla nota balsamica del ginepro e la nota finale floreale della lavanda.

Ci piace bevuto liscio in quanto al palato arriva subito la nota floreale della lavanda che fa da bilanciere con la nota erbacee amarognola dell’elicriso con un finale balsamico e fresco del ginepro sardo, rendendo piacevole da gustarsi liscio.
