Un gin interessante e diverso dal solito, le botaniche hanno accostamenti particolari il che lo rende un gin particolare non per tutti. Agrumato, dolce e balsamico non manca quasi nulla per accontentare i palati più esigenti.

An interesting and different gin from the usual, the botanicals have particular combinations which makes it a particular gin not for everyone. Citrusy, sweet and balsamic, there is almost nothing missing to satisfy the most demanding palates.

Abbiamo provato questo gin con varie toniche, quella che bilancia meglio il gin tonic è la Vèrays Indian tonic in quanto riesce a bilanciare i sapori delle varie botaniche senza che una sovrasti l’altra, al palato arriva inizialmente una nota amarognola data dalla liquirizia seguita dalla nota dolciastra della mela, con la nota fresca della mentuccia che bilancia l’agrumato dato dal limone e dall’arancio e dalla nota floreale presente tra le botaniche. Mentre per chi preferisce sentire di più le note agrumate e amarognole può accompagnarlo con la Thomas Henry.

COSA CI PIACE E COSA NO / WHAT WE LIKE AND WHAT WE DON’T

Ci piace il profumo che rilascia aperta la bottiglia, al naso arrivano subito le note agrumate del limone e arancia seguita dalla nota dolciastra della mela con la nota balsamica e fresca della menta che si sente nel finale.
Ci piace bevuto liscio in quanto al palato arriva subito la nota dolciastra della mela seguita da quella balsamica e fresca della menta che fa da collante tra le note agrumate del limone e arancio con la nota leggermente amara della liquirizia, questo mix di sapori permette di gustarsi questo gin anche liscio.
