Un gin che si può definire rinfrescante, questa è l’essenza del Gin Zone Yellow che con lo zenzero e la lavanda accompagnano il ginepro, il risultato è gradevole e prolungato da non fermarsi al primo gin-tonic.

A gin that can be defined as refreshing, this is the essence of the Gin Zone Yellow which with ginger and lavender accompany the juniper, the result is pleasant and prolonged so as not to stop at the first gin-tonic.

Quale acqua tonica usare? / wich tonic water?

Abbiamo provato questo gin con varie toniche, le toniche che hanno bilanciato meglio il gin tonic sono la Verays Indian Tonic e la Fever Tree Mediterranea.

La Fever Tree Mediterranea permette di sentire di più le note aspre data dal citrus presente nella tonica con la nota fresca della lavanda che bilancia il sapore speziato dello zenzero con la nota intensa e fresca del ginepro.

La Verays Indian tonic, risalta le note fresche della lavanda e del ginepro, tenendo basse le note speziate e aspre dello zenzero, dando una bilanciatura delle botaniche tendente a un sapore più fresco.

We tried this gin with various tonics, the tonics that best balanced the gin and tonic were the Verays Indian Tonic and the Mediterranean Fever Tree.

The Mediterranean Fever Tree allows you to feel more of the sour notes given by the citrus present in the tonic with the fresh note of lavender which balances the spicy flavor of ginger with the intense and fresh note of juniper.

The Verays Indian tonic highlights the fresh notes of lavender and juniper, keeping the spicy and sour notes of ginger low, giving a balance of botanicals tending towards a fresher flavour.

COSA CI PIACE E COSA NO / WHAT WE LIKE AND WHAT WE DON’T

Ci piace la bottiglia leggermente bombata e colorata di giallo, a rappresentare la botanica speziata di cui è composto, ovvero lo zenzero.

Ci piace il profumo che rilascia appena aperta la bottiglia, al naso arriva la nota speziata dello zenzero seguita dalla freschezza della lavanda e intenso del ginepro.

Ci piace bevuto liscio, in quanto al palato si fa sentire subito la nota speziata dello zenzero, con la lavanda che bilancia i sapori speziati con il sapore intenso e fresco del ginepro, un gin da poter gustarsi insieme a una buona tonica.

We like the slightly rounded and yellow colored bottle, representing the spicy botanical of which it is composed, i.e. ginger.

We like the scent that it releases as soon as the bottle is opened, the spicy note of ginger arrives on the nose followed by the freshness of lavender and intense juniper.
