Come tutta la linea Gin Zone anche il Pink ha una sua personalità e direzione, il risultato è un gin agrumato e leggermente speziato un connubio dissetante che convince il palato e strizza l’occhio ad un consumo più primaverile ed estivo.

Abbiamo provato questo gin con varie toniche, quella che bilancia meglio il gin tonic è la Verays Indian Tonic, al palato arriva la nota agrumata e amarognola del bergamotto e dell’aroma di arancia amara, con le note dolci della cannella e dell’aroma dell’arancia dolce che bilanciano l’agrumato e amaro con la nota speziata del pepe, il tutto creando un buon equilibrio tra le botaniche e rendendo ottimo da bere il gin tonic.

Mentre per chi ama sentire di più le note agrumate e amarognole può abbinare questo gin con la Fever Tree Indian.

COSA CI PIACE E COSA NO / WHAT WE LIKE AND WHAT WE DON’T

Ci piace la bottiglia leggermente bombata e colorata di fucsia, a rappresentare le botaniche di cui è composto, ovvero bergamotto pepe e cannella.

Ci piace il profumo che rilascia appena aperta la bottiglia, al naso arriva subito la nota agrumata del bergamotto, seguita dalla nota dolce dell’arancia dolce con un finale speziato del pepe.

Ci piace bevuto liscio, in quanto al palato si fa sentire subito la nota speziata del pepe che viene bilanciata dalle note dolci della cannella e arancia dolce, con la nota agrumata e amarognola del bergamotto e dell’arancia amara, ben bilanciato e ottimo da bere anche liscio.

We like the slightly rounded and fuchsia colored bottle, representing the botanicals of which it is composed, i.e. bergamot, pepper and cinnamon.

We like the scent it releases as soon as the bottle is opened, the citrus note of bergamot immediately arrives on the nose, followed by the sweet note of sweet orange with a spicy finish of pepper.

We like it drunk neat, as the spicy note of pepper is immediately felt on the palate which is balanced by the sweet notes of cinnamon and sweet orange, with the citrus and bitter note of bergamot and bitter orange, well balanced and excellent to drink also smooth.
