Quale acqua tonica usare? / wich tonic water?

Abbiamo provato questo gin con varie toniche, la tonica che ha bilanciato meglio questo gin tonic è la San Pellegrino Rovere, dando una nota leggermente amarognola abbassando il sapore intenso del rosmarino e balsamico e fresco della lavanda bilanciandolo bene con la nota intensa del ginepro, il sentore legnoso della tonica ricopre il palato in modo da bilanciare bene il tutto.

Mentre per chi ama avere una nota ancora più amarognola può abbinare questo gin con la Fentimans, risaltando di più la nota intensa del ginepro con un retrogusto leggermente erbaceo e dolciastro dato da rosmarino e lavanda.

COSA CI PIACE E COSA NO / WHAT WE LIKE AND WHAT WE DON’T

Ci piace la bottiglia leggermente bombata e colorata di verde, a rappresentare le botaniche erbacce di cui è composto, ovvero rosmarino e lavanda.

Ci piace il profumo che sprigiona appena aperta la bottiglia, al naso arriva subito la nota erbacea delle due botaniche protagoniste, con un finale intenso e fresco di ginepro.

Ci piace bevuto liscio in quanto al palato arriva subito la nota erbacea del rosmarino con la nota fresca della lavanda che bilancia il rosmarino con il sapore intenso del ginepro.
