Visionair London Dry Gin nasce da un’attenta e scrupolosa ricerca delle botaniche.
La scelta è orientata alla salvaguardia dell’ecosistema: Botaniche amiche delle api, Bottiglia termica in acciaio inox, 100% riutilizzabile, Ecosostenibile, Ti accompagna in ogni tua avventura.

Come nasce il nostro progetto:

La passione per il gin e l’ecosostenibilità ha spinto due giovani sommelier, Ilaria Lorini e Stefano Clemente, a dedicare anima e cuore a questa nuova sfida.
La voglia di creare un prodotto di altissima qualità che strizzasse l’occhio alla salvaguardia del nostro pianeta aiutando in particolar modo le api.

Questi piccoli insetti, sempre più in pericolo con i cambiamenti climatici, sono indispensabili del fabbisogno globale di cibo. L’eccessiva quantità di rifiuti prodotti ci ha orientato sulla ricerca di un contenitore al contempo pratico e sostenibile.

La nostra scelta è ricaduta sull’acciaio inox che riciclabile all’infinito, può essere riutilizzato come borraccia da portare con sé nella vita di tutti i giorni e non solo. La doppia parete consente di tenere sia le bevande calde e fredde a temperatura per 12h.

Le nostre botaniche sono state scelte attentamente su moltissime varietà. Sono erbe aromatiche che danno determinati profumi al nostro distillato. I fiori selezionati sono tutti amici delle api.

Grazie alla loro piantumazione aiutiamo le api a nutrirsi sopravvivendo ai cambiamenti climatici. Ognuna delle nostre botaniche apporta al gin note floreali piacevoli e travolgenti. Visionair è ottimo liscio ed in miscelazione.

Visionair London Dry Gin was born from careful and scrupulous research into botanicals.
The choice is oriented towards protecting the ecosystem: bee-friendly botanicals, stainless steel thermal bottle, 100% reusable, eco-sustainable, accompanies you on all your adventures.

How our project was born:

The passion for gin and eco-sustainability pushed two young sommeliers, Ilaria Lorini and Stefano Clemente, to dedicate their heart and soul to this new challenge.

The desire to create a product of the highest quality that would wink at the protection of our planet, helping the bees in particular. These small insects, increasingly endangered with climate change, are essential to global food needs.

The excessive amount of waste produced has oriented us towards the search for a container that is both practical and sustainable.

Our choice fell on stainless steel which is infinitely recyclable and can be reused as a water bottle to carry with you in everyday life and beyond. The double wall allows you to keep both hot and cold drinks at temperature for 12h.

Our botanicals have been carefully chosen from many varieties. They are aromatic herbs that give certain perfumes to our distillate. The selected flowers are all bee friendly. Thanks to their planting we help bees feed themselves while surviving climate change.

Each of our botanicals brings pleasant and overwhelming floral notes to the gin. Visionair is excellent straight and when mixed.

Secondo GinEcologY / ACCORDING TO GINECOLOGY

A noi piacciono le scelte ecologiche, la bottiglia/borraccia del Visionair Gin la riutilizzeremo quasi da subito visto che nei test è letteralmente evaporato… 9 gin-tonic ben fatti con le toniche giuste e due bicchierini di assaggio liscio. Non siamo fans delle bottiglie da 50ml ma questa è più che giustificata dall’idea di riutilizzo. Bravi ragazzi!

We like ecological choices, we will reuse the Visionair Gin bottle/water bottle almost immediately since it literally evaporated in the tests… 9 well-made gin-tonics with the right tonics and two glasses of smooth tasting. We are not fans of 50ml bottles but this one is more than justified by the idea of reuse. Good guys!

Quale acqua tonica usare? / wHich tonic water?

Abbiamo provato questo gin con varie toniche, quelle che hanno permesso di assaporare un gin ben bilanciato sono la Fever Tree Indian e la San Pellegrino Rovere.
La fever Tree indian permette di bilanciare bene le varie botaniche con la nota dolce e floreale dell’acacia e della camomilla che arrivano subito al palato in modo da bilanciare tra di loro le note balsamiche del ginepro e quelle agrumate del bergamotto.
La San Pellegrino Rovere invece risalta inizialmente le note amarognole e balsamiche del ginepro seguita dalla nota dolce e floreale dei fiori d’acacia e della camomilla che accompagnano l’agrumato del bergamotto, rendendo il gin tonic fresco e leggermente amarognolo ottimo da gustarsi in estate.

We tried this gin with various tonics, those that allowed us to enjoy a well-balanced gin are the Fever Tree Indian and the San Pellegrino Rovere.
The Indian Fever Tree allows you to balance the various botanicals well with the sweet and floral notes of acacia and chamomile which arrive immediately on the palate in order to balance the balsamic notes of juniper and the citrus notes of bergamot.
San Pellegrino Rovere, on the other hand, initially highlights the bitter and balsamic notes of juniper followed by the sweet and floral notes of acacia flowers and chamomile which accompany the citrus of bergamot, making the gin tonic fresh and slightly bitter, excellent to be enjoyed in summer.

COSA CI PIACE E COSA NO / WHAT WE LIKE AND WHAT WE DON’T

Ci piace molto la bottiglia, cilindrica simile a una borraccia con un bel color giallo e disegnato un occhio che ha come pupilla un’ape, che richiama le botaniche usate in quanto fiori amici delle api, e altre botaniche tutte toscane.
Ci piace il profumo che rilascia appena aperta la bottiglia, in quanto al naso arriva subito la nota balsamica del ginepro seguito dalla nota dolciastra dei fiori d’acacia con un finale agrumato dato dal bergamotto.
Ci piace bevuto liscio in quanto al palato si può sentire subito la nota balsamica del ginepro con la nota dolce e floreale dei fiori d’acacia e della camomilla che fanno da bilanciere con la nota agrumata del bergamotto, il tutto rende questo gin davvero ottimo da gustarsi anche liscio a fine pasto.

We really like the bottle, cylindrical similar to a water bottle with a beautiful yellow color and an eye drawn with a bee as its pupil, which recalls the botanicals used as flowers that are friendly to bees, and other all-Tuscan botanicals.
We like the scent it releases as soon as the bottle is opened, as the balsamic note of juniper immediately arrives on the nose followed by the sweetish note of acacia flowers with a citrus finish given by bergamot.
We like it drunk neat as on the palate you can immediately feel the balsamic note of the juniper with the sweet and floral note of the acacia flowers and chamomile which act as a balance with the citrus note of the bergamot, all of which makes this gin truly excellent can also be enjoyed neat at the end of a meal.
