Buongiorno Paolo cosa Ti ha spinto a creare la tua linea di prodotti Vèrays?

L’idea di creare i Gin nasce come idea nel 2022 con collaboratori di un bar storico di cuneo, con l’idea di produrci un gin da abbinare a vermouth rosso, bianco e bitter per un negroni in barrique. Decidiamo di iniziare con la produzione del gin e dopo varie combinazioni nasce il primo gin ( Rampant ) molto semplice e piacevole, successivamente dopo altre combinazioni nasce il gin floreale ma non troppo ( Divina ).
A questo punto decidiamo di accantonare momentaneamente l’idea di fare il negroni in barrique e ci concentriamo sulla creazione di un terzo gin deciso e con la collaborazione di un amico chimico nasce il Pioneer london dry, arrivando ad avere tre gin adatti ad accontentare tutte le esigenze.

Con i vari collaboratori abbiamo un’esperienza ventennale.

Hai una Tua distilleria o Ti affidi ad una esterna?

Per la produzione dei gin ci siamo affidati ad amici che gestiscono la storica distilleria Bordiga di Cuneo.

Ci dai dei consigli su come gustare il Vs gin, quali toniche abbinare e che cibo si accompagna?

Per gustare al meglio i nostri gin abbiamo creato una nostra tonica in modo da creare un Gin tonic ben equilibrato.

Hai Anticipazioni su nuovi gin/prodotti?

L’ultimo nato è il Bandit una Limited Edition di sole 1428 bottiglie numerate, risultato della distillazione di 1000l di una nuova ricetta differente dalle alte tre con gradazione di 40% un illustrazione in esclusiva dell’artista di arte contemporanea MYFO.

Good morning Paolo, what pushed you to create your own line of Vèrays products?

The idea of creating Gins was born as an idea in 2022 with collaborators of a historic bar in Cuneo, with the idea of producing a gin to pair with red, white and bitter vermouth for a negroni in barrique. We decide to start with the production of gin and after various combinations the first very simple and pleasant gin (Rampant) was born, subsequently after other combinations the floral but not too much gin (Divina) was born.
At this point we decide to temporarily put aside the idea of making negroni in barrique and focus on the creation of a third bold gin and with the collaboration of a chemist friend, Pioneer London Dry is born, resulting in three gins suitable to satisfy all tastes. needs.

Do you have experience in the sector or is this your first distillate?

With the various collaborators we have twenty years of experience.

Do you have your own distillery or do you rely on an external one?

For the production of gin we relied on friends who manage the historic Bordiga distillery in Cuneo.

Can you give us some advice on how to enjoy your gin, which tonics to pair with it and what food goes with it?

To best enjoy our gins we have created our own tonic in order to create a well-balanced gin and tonic.

Do you have any previews on new gins/products?
