Al naso struggente con note accese di ginepro e biancospino; al palato dolce e avvolgente con note di vaniglia, liquirizia e carruba e note prominenti come zenzero, cannella e pepe. Metodo di Produzione: Infusione a freddo di tutti gli ingredienti in alcol di cereali a 96°, tutti minuziosamente controllati e selezionati.

Caratteristiche organolettiche:

Colore: Giallo limpido e trasparente.

Odore: Accese note di arancia e mix di agrumi.

Sapore: Morbido all’assaggio e dolce al retrogusto, grazie al mix di Arancia e Pompelmo. Non mancano note aspre del Limone e del Cedro.

Production Method: Cold infusion of all the ingredients in 96° cereal alcohol, all meticulously controlled and selected.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Color: Clear and transparent yellow.

Smell: Bright notes of orange and a mix of citrus fruits.

Taste: Soft on the palate and sweet on the aftertaste, thanks to the mix of Orange and Grapefruit. There is no shortage of sour notes of lemon and cedar.

Partendo già dall’ottima base del Margin Classico l’Agrumi ovviamente come si intuisce dal nome aggiunge delle botaniche come pompelmo, lime e cedro che sommate a zenzero e alle botaniche speziate e balsamiche creano un mix ben riuscito per dissetarsi nelle serate calde estive e per ricordarsi d questi sapori anche nei mesi più freddi.

Quale acqua tonica usare? / wich tonic water?

Abbiamo provato questo gin con varie toniche, quella che ha bilanciato meglio i sapori delle botaniche è la Fever Tree Mediterranea, in quanto si possono distinguere tutte le botaniche, con le note agrumate del pompelmo, cedro, lime che ricoprono il palato con le note balsamiche del biancospino e speziate dello zenzero che fanno da collante con le note dolci della cannella, vaniglia e carruba, concludiamo con il dire che regala un gin tonic fresco e piacevole da bere in qualsiasi periodo dell’anno.

COSA CI PIACE E COSA NO / WHAT WE LIKE AND WHAT WE DON’T

Ci piace la bottiglia classica rossa con nell’etichetta un teschio circondato dalle botaniche di cui è composto il gin, ci piace il profumo che rilascia il gin appena aperta la bottiglia, con le note agrumate del cedro, lime seguite dalla nota amarognola della liquirizia. Ci piace il gusto che rimane sul palato bevuto liscio, con le note amarognole della liquirizia ed equiseto seguite dalle note agrumate del cedro, limone, con le note speziate dello zenzero che si uniscono alle note balsamiche ed erbacee del biancospino con arancia e pompelmo che fanno da collante tra tutte le botaniche.

Difetti davvero non ne troviamo.

We really can’t find any faults.
