GINIROCK, (da cui il nome dalle nostre iniziali GIanluca-NIccoló), è un London Dry Gin Artigianale “vecchia scuola” che strizza l’occhio all’ecosostenibilità puntando all”impatto zero”,per questo usiamo un alambicco elettrico alimentato a pannelli solari, confezioni, bottiglie etichette al 100% riciclate e botaniche selezionate da agricoltura biologica.

Per il nostro Gin utilizziamo solamente le migliori botaniche, certificate e selezionate, di altissima qualità, prediligendo il Made in Italy, la filiera biologica e l’ecosostenibilità. 

Per fare questo utilizziamo quel capolavoro del Muller Aroma 230L!Un alambicco elettrico discontinuo in puro rame realizzato a mano nella Foresta Nera.

Tutta la distilleria è alimentata elettricamente, utilizzando unicamente energia proveniente da fonti rinnovabili ed evitando completamente i combustibili fossili sia per il riscaldamento che per le attrezzature.

Eco Packaging – No Plastic

Le nostre bottiglie sono fatte di vetro “WildGlass” un progetto originale creato da Estal, vetreria nei pressi di Barcellona, la produzione si trova in Italia, a Trento. Il 100% del vetro utilizzato per la produzione è reciclato post-consumo (PCR). Il colore risultante e le soglie di tolleranza superiori rispetto ai comuni colori donano un design armonioso e autentico.

Per le spedizioni abbiamo scelto Nakpack, azienda italiana nata con l’obiettivo di offrire un’alternativa valida per le spedizioni di prodotti fragili, che però fosse composta solo da materiali ecologici e con il minor spreco possibile di risorse. Tutto l’imballaggio è realizzato in cartone riciclabile al 100%. È il primo ed unico imballo al mondo certificato Plastic Free.

The meeting between the nocturnal lifestyle between clubs, stages and cellars and the passion for the explosive, crystalline and true taste of the six fiery strings has forged a Gin created to spread the aroma of pure Rock and Roll style!

GINIROCK, (hence the name from our initials GIanluca-NIccoló), is an “old school” artisanal London Dry Gin that winks at eco-sustainability by aiming for “zero impact”, which is why we use an electric still powered by solar panels, 100% recycled packaging, bottles, labels and botanicals selected from organic farming.

For our Gin we only use the best botanicals, certified and selected, of the highest quality, favoring Made in Italy, the organic supply chain and eco-sustainability.

To do this we use that masterpiece of the Muller Aroma 230L! A discontinuous electric still in pure copper handmade in the Black Forest.

The entire distillery is electrically powered, using only energy from renewable sources and completely avoiding fossil fuels for both heating and equipment.

For shipments we chose Nakpack, an Italian company founded with the aim of offering a valid alternative for the shipments of fragile products, which however was made only of ecological materials and with the least possible waste of resources. All packaging is made from 100% recyclable cardboard. It is the first and only certified Plastic Free packaging in the world.

Da cultore della musica rock non potevo non essere attratto da un prodotto con questo nome e background, Gianluca è un vero rockettaro ed un autentico estimatore di buoni gin, ecco perché il prodotto ci piace non solo per il suo nome, l’animo è decisamente rock e rispettoso del pianeta!

As a lover of rock music I couldn’t help but be attracted to a product with this name and background, Gianluca is a true rocker and an authentic admirer of good gins, which is why we like the product not only for its name, the soul is decidedly rock and respectful of the planet!

Quale acqua tonica usare? / wich tonic water?

Abbiamo provato questo gin con varie toniche, quella che ha messo in risalto meglio tutte le varie botaniche è la Fever Tree Refreshling light la quale in modo ben equilibrato permette di sentire tutte le botaniche, partendo dalla nota agrumata del pompelmo che si amalgama bene con le note dolci della cannella seguite dalle note leggermente acre dell’angelica e quello leggermente speziato dato dal coriandolo.

We tried this gin with various tonics, the one that best highlighted all the various botanicals is the Fever Tree Refreshling light which in a well-balanced way allows you to feel all the botanicals, starting from the citrus note of the grapefruit which blends well with the sweet notes of cinnamon followed by the slightly acrid notes of angelica and the slightly spicy one given by coriander.

COSA CI PIACE E COSA NO / WHAT WE LIKE AND WHAT WE DON’T

Ci piace il profumo che sprigiona appena aperto, al naso arrivano subito le note agrumate del pompelmo e della cannella, seguite dal ginepro e dal coriandolo.
Ci piace il sapore che arriva al palato bevuto liscio, si sente subito il coriandolo e l’angelica seguite dalle note dolciastre della cannella che fa da collante tra le varie botaniche in particolar modo con quella agrumata del pompelmo, gin molto ben bilanciato, con le botaniche ben distinte senza che una sovrasti l’altra.

We like the scent it releases as soon as it is opened, the citrus notes of grapefruit and cinnamon immediately reach the nose, followed by juniper and coriander.
We like the flavor that arrives on the palate when drunk neat, you immediately notice the coriander and angelica followed by the sweetish notes of cinnamon which acts as a glue between the various botanicals, in particular with the citrus notes of grapefruit, a very well balanced gin, with very distinct botanicals without one dominating the other.
