Gin Fiore nasce dall’idea di valorizzare un’eccellenza del tutto italiana dei bellissimi Colli Euganei:Il “Fior d’Arancio Colli Euganei” DOCG.

Accompagnato da botaniche come limone, cardamomo, coriandolo, basilico, menta e zagara, il suo gusto viene esaltato ed evolve durante la degustazione. Materie prime del territorio, cura dei dettagli, controllo della lavorazione e tanta passione ci permettono di degustare un Gin unico nel suo genere, bilanciato nei sapori, delicato e fresco. Gin Fiore esprime il suo potenziale anche bevuto in purezza proprio per i nettissimi sentori che rimandano al profumo della zagara, il bianco fiore degli agrumi e quella nota delicata che emana il “Fior d’Arancio Colli Euganei” DOCG.

Gin Fiore was born from the idea of enhancing a completely Italian excellence of the beautiful Euganean Hills: the “Fior d’Arancio Colli Euganei” DOCG.

Accompanied by botanicals such as lemon, cardamom, coriander, basil, mint and orange blossom, its taste is enhanced and evolves during tasting. Local raw materials, attention to detail, control of processing and a lot of passion allow us to taste a unique Gin of its kind, balanced in flavours, delicate and fresh. Gin Fiore also expresses its potential when drunk alone due to the very clear scents that recall the scent of orange blossom, the white flower of citrus fruits and that delicate note that the “Fior d’Arancio Colli Euganei” DOCG emanates.

Quando si parla di gin “floreali” spesso si torce un pò il naso temendo un liquore troppo profumato e arrogante, non è il caso di questo Gin Fiore decisamente, il suo sapore forte del fiore di arancio è ben bilanciato in un bouquet di botaniche molto contrastanti ma al tempo stesso amalgamato.

Un ottimo prodotto un ennesima eccellenza del Made in Italy nei nostri bicchieri, bravi ragazzi!

When we talk about “floral” gins we often turn up our noses a bit fearing an overly fragrant and arrogant liqueur, this is definitely not the case with this Gin Fiore, its strong flavor of orange blossom is well balanced in a bouquet of very botanicals contrasting but at the same time blended.

An excellent product, yet another Made in Italy excellence in our glasses, well done guys!

Quale acqua tonica usare? / wich tonic water?

Abbiamo provato questo gin con varie toniche, quella che ha bilanciato meglio le botaniche è la Thomas Henry con la quale si riescono a sentire bene in sequenza il fiore d’arancio e la menta legate dall’agrumato del limone con le note dolci del cardamomo che si contrasta bene con la parte speziata del coriandolo, tutte le botaniche si sentono sul palato in egual modo.

We tried this gin with various tonics, the one that balanced the botanicals best is the Thomas Henry with which you can taste the orange blossom and mint in sequence linked by the citrus of the lemon with the sweet notes of the cardamom which it contrasts well with the spicy part of the coriander, all the botanicals are felt equally on the palate.

COSA CI PIACE E COSA NO / WHAT WE LIKE AND WHAT WE DON’T

Ci piace il profumo che si sente appena aperta la bottiglia, al naso risalta subito il profumo del fiore d’arancio dei colli euganei, seguito dal profumo del basilico e limone, seguito dalla menta e dalla nota dolce del cardamomo, mentre al palato si sente subito il limone e il fiore d’arancio seguito dalla nota dolce del cardamomo con il retrogusto del basilico che si bilancia con la nota leggermente speziata data dal coriandolo.

Difetti davvero non ne troviamo.

We like the scent that you smell as soon as you open the bottle, the scent of the orange blossom from the Euganean hills immediately stands out on the nose, followed by the scent of basil and lemon, followed by mint and the sweet note of cardamom, while on the palate you can feel immediately the lemon and the orange blossom followed by the sweet note of the cardamom with the aftertaste of the basil which is balanced with the slightly spicy note given by the coriander.

We really can’t find any faults.
