Demon Gin London Dry Super Premium viene preparato con cura e attenzione attraverso un elaborato processo di distillazione utilizzando alambicchi tradizionali a fuoco diretto in ciclo discontinuo. L’attivita’ del Master Distiller si esprime con l’estrema artigianalita’ delle lavorazioni. Alambicchi di tipo tradizionale modificati specificatamente per esaltare le botaniche utilizzate, tutte rigorosamente selezionate da produttori affacciati sul mediterraneo a coltivazione naturale e lavorate manualmente. Ginepro dei Balcani, limone, lime, radice di liquirizia, zenzero, sono solo alcune delle 15 botaniche che vengono utilizzate a contatto diretto nell’alambicco che unitamente a un corretto contenuto alcolico del 43% garantiscono un profilo di gusto morbido e deciso.
Demon Gin London Dry Super Premium is prepared with care and attention through an elaborate distillation process using traditional direct-fire stills in a discontinuous cycle. The activity of the Master Distiller is expressed with the extreme craftsmanship of the workmanship. Traditional stills modified specifically to enhance the botanicals used, all rigorously selected by producers overlooking the Mediterranean with natural cultivation and worked manually. Balkan juniper, lemon, lime, liquorice root, ginger, are just some of the 15 botanicals that are used in direct contact in the still which, together with a correct alcohol content of 43%, guarantee a soft and decisive taste profile.

Un gin interessante che da subito conferisce a naso prima e palato dopo i sentori delle sue botaniche senza però svelarle tutte contemporaneamente, un pò alla volta emergono le note speziate fruttate ben bilanciate tra loro.

Abbiamo provato questo gin con varie toniche, quelle che si abbinano meglio con questo london dry sono la Kinley e la Fever Tree Indian, in quanto bilanciano meglio le note floreali del gin con la sua gradazione.
We tried this gin with various tonics, the ones that match best with this London dry are Kinley and Fever Tree Indian, as they better balance the floral notes of the gin with its alcohol content.
COSA CI PIACE E COSA NO / WHAT WE LIKE AND WHAT WE DON’T
Ci piace il profumo che rilascia, in particolar modo arriva subito al naso la nota floreale del gin, mentre al palato si sente subito il ginepro seguito dalle note floreali e agrumate del gin, che si amalgamano molto bene con le note speziate. Un gusto unico che da vita a un ottimo gin & tonic da potersi gustare in compagnia.
We like the scent it releases, in particular the floral note of the gin immediately reaches the nose, while on the palate you can immediately feel the juniper followed by the floral and citrus notes of the gin, which blend very well with the spicy notes. A unique taste that gives life to an excellent gin & tonic that can be enjoyed in company.
