Un gin che ci è piaciuto decisamente, in grado di garantire una continuità nei profumi e nei sapori, il tipico gin che ti fa passare una bella serata in compagnia di amici e in tutte le stagioni non solo l’Estate.

Quale acqua tonica usare? / wich tonic water?
Abbiamo provato questo gin con varie toniche, quella che ha reso possibile sentire ben combinati i gusti delle varie botaniche è la Franklin & Son Light, mette in risalto la parte agrumata data dal pompelmo ben combinata con la menta e il cardamomo. Altra tonica ben abbinabile è la Indian di Alpex, un ottimo compromesso tra secchezza e gusto.
We tried this gin with various tonics, the one that made it possible to feel the tastes of the various botanicals well combined is the Franklin & Son Light, it highlights the citrus part given by the grapefruit well combined with mint and cardamom. COSA CI PIACE E COSA NO / WHAT WE LIKE AND WHAT WE DON’T
Ci piace quel profumo balsamico dato dall’eucalipto e menta piperina, che si combina al palato con la parte agrumata data dal pompelmo, il sapore intenso del cardamomo e del ginepro mettendo poi in risalto nel finale la Yerba Mate.
Difetti davvero non ne troviamo.
We like that balsamic scent given by the eucalyptus and peppermint, which combines on the palate with the citrus part given by the grapefruit, the intense flavor of the cardamom and juniper, then highlighting the Yerba Mate in the finish.
We really can’t find any faults.
