Chissà se quelle lacrime erano l’annuncio della futura nascita del Gincosta, quel che è certo è che Costantino non ci ha pensato due volte e ha creato questo gin usando una location incredibile per il lancio Il Tempio di luno (Giunone) Sospita nell’antica Civita Lavinia.

Il primo gin dei Castelli Romani si presenta così: sincero e trasparente, arriva da un luogo carico di storia ma vuole raccontarci la sua, una storia di un gin che sa farsi bere sia liscio che con la tonica giusta. Le sue botaniche emergono distintamente e senza coprire il ginepro riescono a creare un equilibrio sensato.

The first Castelli Romani gin looks like this: sincere and transparent, it comes from a place full of history but wants to tell us its own, a story of a gin that knows how to be drunk both straight and with the right tonic. Abbiamo abbinato quest’ottimo gin con varie toniche, quella che riesce a far risaltare di più le varie botaniche è la Fever Tree Refreshingly light.

COSA CI PIACE E COSA NO / WHAT WE LIKE AND WHAT WE DON’T

Ci piace l’equilibrio delle varie botaniche che vengono messe in risalto dalle toniche che si abbinano per il gin tonic, dall’agrumato dell’arancio e bergamotto alla parte floreale della menta e dei petali di rosa la cannella che unisce i vari sapori.

Difetti davvero non ne troviamo.
