Le poche ed essenziali botaniche contraddistinguono questo London Dry Gin, dove però emerge il coriandolo pepato che gli da delle note di limone ma senza agrumi, ci piace perché aperto a varie combinazioni e dotato di ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

The few and essential botanicals distinguish this London Dry Gin, where however the peppery coriander emerges which gives it notes of lemon but without citrus, we like it because it is open to various combinations and has an excellent quality/price ratio.

Quale acqua tonica usare? / WHICH TONIC WATER?

La tonica secca è la scelta migliore per un gin tonic rilassante e sincero come ad esempio la Fentmans o la J Gasco, ma la particolarità del sapore di coriandolo pepato che emerge può portarci ad usare anche una tonica più sgrumata come la Fever Tree Mediterranea. Con la secca bastano anche solo delle bacche di ginepro, con la Mediterranea una fetta di pompelmo rosa non si può negare e il drink diventa più estivo.

The dry tonic is the best choice for a relaxing and sincere gin and tonic such as Fentmans or J Gasco, but the particularity of the peppery coriander flavor that emerges can lead us to also use a more skimmed tonic such as the Fever Tree Mediterranea. With the dry, even juniper berries are enough, with the Mediterranean a slice of pink grapefruit cannot be denied and the drink becomes more summery.
