Nordés viene prodotto attraverso un processo lento e scrupoloso per ottenere un perfetto equilibrio di sapore. Il suo carattere fresco e morbido lo rende un gin unico, diverso dagli altri gin fruttati.

A splendid ceramic bottle contains Nordés gin which stands out for its alcoholic base made with Albariño grapes to obtain a soft aroma with fruity notes and white flowers.

Its characteristic white bottle with a world map is inspired by traditional Sargadelos ceramics, handcrafted.

Nordés is produced through a slow and painstaking process to achieve a perfect balance of flavours. Its fresh and soft character makes it a unique gin, different from other fruity gins.

Questo gin ci piace particolarmente, in grado di restituire le sensazioni di un aperitivo in spiaggia con il Sole che scende all’orizzonte; botaniche come la salicornia ne esaltano questa sua provenienza dalla costa Galiziana, un chicco d’uva e un pò di erbe balsamiche dentro, senza esagerare, e come sempre ghiaccio fin oltre il bicchiere.

We particularly like this gin, able to restore the sensations of an aperitif on the beach with the sun going down the horizon; botanicals such as salicornia enhance its origin from the Galician coast, a grape and some balsamic herbs inside, without exaggerating, and as always ice beyond the glass.

The distillate is nuanced with 6 wild Galician botanicals – sage, lemon verbena, laurel, peppermint, eucalyptus and glasswort – as well as juniper, cardamom, ginger, hibiscus and Ceylon black tea.
