Gin prodotto in Scozia ma con botaniche prettamente giapponesi, tra cui yuzu (agrume il cui sapore è simile a limone con sentore di pompelmo), fiori di ciliegio, ginepro e nota di sakè per terminare con coriandolo ed angelica. Il richiamo all’Oriente lo si nota anche dalla bottiglia, ben decorata con il richiamo al ramo di ciliegio giapponese.

Gin produced in Scotland but with purely Japanese botanicals, including yuzu (citrus fruit whose flavor is similar to lemon with a hint of grapefruit), cherry blossoms, juniper and a note of sake to end with coriander and angelica. The reference to the Orient can also be seen from the bottle, well decorated with a reference to the Japanese cherry branch.

Le botaniche di questo ottimo gin sono per lo più giapponesi yuzu, fiori di ciliegio e sakè alle quali si aggiungono ovviamente ginepro, coriandolo e l’angelica.
